With no official launch buzz, Gionee has unveiled a mid-level smartphone to expand the ‘P’ series family. The device is dubbed Gionee P7 which is clear, from its name, that it’s a lower version of Gionee P7 Max unveiled last week.

What you should know about Gionee P7:
Spec-wise, Gionee P7 sports a 5-inch screen with an HD resolution of 720 x 1280 and covered by Soda lime glass, a not-so-popular protection feature like Gorilla Glass.
It runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow Os
Powering speed and performance inside the Gionee P7 is a MediaTek chip which has a CPU processor speed clocked at 1.3GHz and moderate 2GB RAM. Internal storage is 16GB, expandable to 256GB via a microSD card.
